For sale: Maxillaria – 9-year-old mare (High Five U.S. x Gribaldi)

PROK inspected as a 3-year-old, without remarks
Asking price: € 5500,-

Maxillaria is a beautiful, friendly 9-year-old mare from the highly decorated Otrichta lineage. Her dam Dracaena is preferent and her grandam Charitas is a prestatie mare and index topper thanks to her successful offspring, including the well-known Exquis Nadine (s. Partout). Maxillaria has already had a healthy foal herself, making her very interesting for breeding and as a recipient mare.

We want to be very clear about her sale: Maxillaria is NOT sold as a riding horse. This will also be recorded in writing upon sale. We are looking for a nice place for her as a pasture companion, broodmare and/or recipient mare.

Although we ride her here weekly, she is exclusively ridden by one specific rider who has completely won her trust. It took a great deal of time and patience before this was possible. Her main point of attention is putting on the bridle; this problem has been present since we bought her as a 3-year-old. When riding, she can also sometimes have a mind of her own. Once she completely trusts her rider, she is otherwise well-behaved and nice to ride.

Maxillaria was successfully competed at L level a few years ago and has mastered the exercises of M level, after which she had a foal.

For this reason, Maxillaria will not be ridden for prospective buyers. During a viewing, she can only be viewed in-hand and loose. We find it important to be completely honest and clear about this, so that she ends up with the right person and in the right place.
