We are looking for a good home for this mare where she can continue her training in a calm manner.
The horse is honest and not at all mean, but sometimes struggles to handle her stress under saddle and freezes up. She doesn't exhibit dangerous behavior (no rodeos or races, for example). Videos of this are available. Someone who's up for a challenge and willing to invest time in her is looking for a "project." Besides riding and lunging, we're now also doing groundwork, for example.
She has good gaits and competed several times as a four-year-old. She also knows how to jump under saddle. The horse was fully inspected and approved by the current owners upon purchase.
She would also be suitable as a broodmare. If she doesn't sell, we'll put her to stallion ourselves. She will only be sold to a good home; the mare does NOT need to go, but at the moment, there's no suitable rider who can continue riding her long-term, which is a real shame.
