Dressage mare from a good damline
Description
Saphira is a four-year-old mare by Livius x voorl. keur by Connaisseur
The damline is packed with predicates and sport performances. The oldest offspring of the dam has just reached Z1+9.
Granddam competed at Inter I level herself and is elite, preferent, prestatie, sport, PROK.
Great-granddam is a half-sister to the Grand Prix horse Conquistador and forms the foundation of Small Tour horses such as Inana B, Netzo, Roessegnieur, Darius B and Brennus B, as well as the licensed KWPN stallion Mister Maserati (by Glock's Toto Jr).
Saphira has a great forward urge and a lot of natural self-carriage. She has been taken to the neighbours' arena a few times now. That is also going very well. She can be a bit more forward at first, but she does not bolt, buck or rear. Even if she sees something scary, she takes a look, but keeps going past everything. Last week she was also walked out along the (busy) road for the first time. This also went well. She was officially measured at 1,67 m, though I personally think she is about 3 to 4 cm smaller.
She is radiographically approved and holds the D-OC predicate.
