Christijan Dior is one of those ponies.

As the first son of our mare Janneke, he clearly inherited her fine character: gentle, reliable, and pleasant to handle, combined with just enough character and presence. A pony that is not only beautiful to look at, but above all a pleasure to work with every day.

His training has been built up calmly and carefully. Being backed started with extensive ground-working, trust, and clear communication. From there, he was further developed with hacks out, riding among other ponies, dressage work, small jumps, and various cross-country fences. He proves to be remarkably level-headed and cooperative throughout.

In daily handling, too, Christijan proves to be a very pleasant pony. He remained a stallion well into his third year and always stayed correct and easy to handle. He functions socially within the group and adapts easily within the herd.

Over the past few months, he has been further shown in sport. He has gained competition experience in dressage, showjumping, and schooling cross-country events. Despite having only limited official starts so far, he has already achieved an L1 classification with 8 win points. And in showjumping, he has experienced his first 80 cm rounds.

Christijan Dior is therefore a young pony with a very complete foundation. He knows a lot, learns quickly, and has the attitude you love to see in a sport pony for the future.
