Top Blitz - experienced B-pony with friendly, sweet little clown character

For our Top Blitz, we are looking for a new home where he can make a small rider happy again. Together with our daughter (then 6, now almost 9), he completed the entire Bixie range (BF1 to BF8) in dressage, jumping (30/40/50 cm), and last but not least, fancy dress competitions 😉. By now, they have arrived together at the adventure of 'Real' competitions (according to my daughter) and are competing in B-dressage with points. Blitz has also already earned points in B-dressage with another girl (she also jumped official competitions with him at 30 and 40 cm).

A fantastic schoolmaster C-pony crossed our path, which is why we are making the choice to continue our adventure with this pony.

Top Blitz is a 10-year-old gelding of approximately 120 cm. He is a sweet, cheerful, handsome, and funny B-pony who loves going out together. His biggest hobby? Going outside with his child! He enormously enjoys trail rides and takes his child on adventures with great pleasure. He is a fine schoolmaster pony with whom a child can take his or her first steps in equestrian sports.

Does this mean Blitz always does everything and is an automatic machine? No, of course not; ponies also have their good and bad days, just like me and the reader of this message 😉. We hope to find someone who understands this and respects the pony in that regard.

Blitz has competition experience in showjumping and really enjoys jumping. He can easily jump higher than he did with us, but our daughter finds that quite scary, and with his previous owner, he mainly did Western riding. In addition, he rides a neat B-dressage test, although dressage is not entirely his favorite discipline. When the work gets a bit boring for him, he sometimes sees 'ring ghosts' or prefers being lazy over tired 😉. Does this mean Blitz isn't sweet? No, certainly not, otherwise our daughter would never have learned everything from him without any riding experience (she could only walk freely on a Shetland pony).

- Loves trail rides (crossing train tracks, going under viaducts, into the water... Nothing is too crazy for him)
- Always up for a game
- Pulls a sled through the snow with great pleasure, and if you fall off, he unperturbedly walks on
- Cheerful, funny, friendly, and loves going out with his little rider
- Up for crazy exercises on horseback, such as trotting backwards or riding bareback on the lunge line taking the craziest positions

If we have to mention one downside of this pony, it is that you have to tell him clearly what you expect from him. Otherwise, he is really prefering to be lazy than tired 😉. Oh yes, and he is white… That already tells an experienced horse mom/dad a lot 😉

Blitz is easy to load on the trailer and at the farrier; he is up to date with his vaccinations and dental appointments.

We wish Top Blitz a loving home where fun, attention, and variety are central. We would find it a pity if he had to miss his beloved trail ride adventures.

Please note: we are on holiday until 11 August. Until then, we are happy to send you as many photos and videos as you like, as we have plenty. However, viewings are only possible after 15 August because we will be back from holiday then and would like to ride the National Championships that day, where he is competing in the A/B pony team of six from pony club Klein maar Dapper. You are always welcome to come and see him there as well.
