Sweet, incredibly fit 21-year-old mare

With a heavy heart, but due to lack of time and back problems, I am looking for a fantastic new home for my beautiful and very sweet mare (21 years old).
She is an incredibly fit and vital horse that still enjoys movement and attention every day. In the past, we had a wonderful sports career together up to Medium dressage. Nowadays she thoroughly enjoys her role as a wonderful leisure horse!

What makes her so lovely?
-Incredibly fit & healthy: Despite her age, she has the energy and appearance of a much younger horse.
-Social on hack: She goes out on hacks weekly and visibly enjoys it. Heading out together with another horse, a walker or a cyclist is something she loves.
-Good dressage foundation: You can still notice her Medium background; she is very well educated.
- Well behaved and therefore very pleasant and easy to handle. Stands quietly and behaves well at the farrier, vet, etc. Easy to load on the trailer.

Honesty above all:
-Hacks: She likes leaving the yard, but always with a buddy (horse, walker or cyclist). She prefers not to leave the yard alone, so I am looking for someone who likes going out together.
-Workload: In the past, she once suffered a knee ligament injury. She currently has no trouble from this whatsoever and has no ailments, but because of this she is no longer suitable for higher-level dressage or heavy strain. Recreational riding and light work, on the other hand, suit her extremely well!
-Character & Rider requirements: She has a spirited, sensitive and forward-going temperament (especially when in season). Because of this, she is not suitable for beginners, insecure or fearful riders. I am looking for an experienced, decisive and calm rider who knows how to handle a sensitive horse and gives her the right guidance.

What am I looking for for her?

I am looking for a 5-star home with a sweet, experienced and confident owner where she can enjoy plenty of turnout/paddock paradise, love and wonderful hacks or light work.
A good and permanent home is my absolute top priority. Match between rider and horse is crucial.
