Handsome 6-year-old Welsh mare

We are offering our sweet Welsh pony mare for sale. She has been backed for half a year now (I backed her together with my 12-year-old daughter) and has made great progress during that time: she is working at novice level, jumps a small course at home, and completed her first training show easily and very well-behaved.

Character: a real sweetheart to handle, affectionate and easygoing. She is somewhat skittish by nature — she sometimes looks closely at something new and then drops inside a little or takes a small jump to the side. She is never mean or unpredictable in this; it stays at looking and a small reaction. With a calm, experienced hand, she gets used to this fine and her confidence grows visibly.

She has a nice foundation to build on, both towards dressage and showjumping, and is a pony with character and a future for a rider who gives her the time and consistent approach she deserves.
