WIROCCO

Wirocco is a son of Grand Prix winner Comthago VDL, who performs impressively under Hessel Hoekstra and whose oldest offspring are making a name for themselves at 1.45m level at eight years old, such as Noble Ami, Nena-Alve DV and Cawamia. Dam Gateau de Pomme combines the Olympic stallions Zirocco Blue VDL and Jus de Pomme in her pedigree, and this damline continues with Pomme de Holland, who competed at 1.35m showjumping. Wirocco thus shares the same granddam as the international 1.50m horse Diadora (by Douglas) ridden by Eugenio Garza Perez. This damline has been represented at the highest level by horses including the Indoctro daughter Nadia, ridden by Will Simpson.
