Sired by the genetically valuable VDL Sambucci de Muze, who delivered impressive performances as a young horse and is now successfully competing at 1.45m level at eight years of age. VDL Sambucci de Muze's first breeding results are also thoroughly promising, and here he is combined with a Hanoverian line. Both dam Illumina Rosa and granddam Soleil Rosa have proven themselves in sport up to 1.35m level, with the latter having already produced Jeroen Appelen's international 1.45m showjumper Faith (sire Bugatti VDL). Soleil Rosa also produced two 1.30/1.35m horses and is herself a half-sister to Henk Jan Lozeman's 2* eventer Alcatel.
