Willem Wiers is a friendly, relaxed and confident foal. He is handled daily, knows the foal basics and presents himself as a well-moving foal with presence.

His dam Helena is a keur mare by Alexandro P × Satelliet. A true Gelderland mare: lots of breed type, strong conformation, willing to work and with a reliable character. She is used in both dressage and driving.

Willem Wiers's sire is preferent Negro, a stallion that needs little introduction. Nearly half of his registered offspring are registered as a sport horse, many of which compete at the highest international level.

With this combination, the aim was to unite the best of both: the reliability, level-headedness and bone quality of the Gelderland damline, combined with the work ethic, suppleness and dressage aptitude of Negro.

At my stable I cannot keep colts. Willem is of interest to someone looking for a versatile sport horse for the future, with Gelderland roots and strong dressage genes.
