Handsome versatile KWPN gelding seeks his next forever home

✨ Looking for a reliable schoolmaster and a buddy for life? ✨

Then Euphorio, barn name Rio, might be exactly what you are looking for.

Rio is a roughly 1.70 m tall KWPN gelding from 2009, bred from San Remo × Rohdiamant. I have had him since his fourth year and bought him directly from the breeder, meaning his complete history is known to me.

Together we have done a tremendous amount: training at Paard Centraal, the Freestyle competition, TREC competitions, trail rides and work according to academic art of riding. Rio has no official competition record, but he has seen almost everything in his life.

He is easy to ride, nicely forward-going and soft in the contact. Less experienced riders can also get along well with him, especially with good guidance. Therefore, I can easily see him fitting well with, for example, a mother and daughter who want to grow together in riding.

He is incredibly sweet with our 4-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. Even when I was 38 weeks pregnant, I was still riding him in the arena and outside. At the same time, Rio is certainly not a boring or sluggish good-natured horse: he has character, thinks along and occasionally enjoys a joke. 😉

Due to personal circumstances I can unfortunately no longer ride him, but Rio is typically a horse where you just get back on and ride away. At the moment he is occasionally being ridden again by a female friend and my 4-year-old daughter. He does this as well as ever and is easy to ride.

Rio was radiographically inspected as a four-year-old. He has a small fatty lump on his back, which causes him no hindrance. Farrier, dentist, deworming and further care have always been neatly kept up to date.

For Rio we are mainly looking for someone who appreciates his experience, soft character and versatility and wants to make many more wonderful miles together with him. ❤️
