Sweet all-rounder pony with potential and a heart of gold
Description
It is with a heavy heart that our 7-year-old D-pony Lex (Gruyter’s Bruno mars x Lomansheide Brent) is up for sale. Lex is a well-behaved gelding with sport quality and a good attitude.
Lex competed at 80 cm showjumping with his previous owner, but he clearly shows more quality with the right rider. At home he easily jumps a 90 cm round.
In dressage he has competed at L1 with win points. At home we ride L2 tests and we are starting with the M exercises, he also clearly shows talent for dressage.
Lex is super well-behaved to handle and can even be groomed, taken to the grooming area, washed down and ridden by a 4-year-old child. He will never run, buck or rear and always does his best while being ridden.
When showjumping he can sometimes become a bit insecure, this is not a problem with small jumps but when you want to jump higher it is important that you are clear and give him confidence. With the right guidance he is super nice at showjumping.
Lex will take his own things home with him including a fitting bridle with bit, all his rugs for all seasons and his other things.
Lex has a small scar on his left front leg from youngstock rearing when he was still a foal, this does not bother him.
Riding schools or dealers do not need to contact us either.
