7-year-old gelding for sale, showjumping/dressage

Ochello is an appealing, showjumping-bred and home-produced gelding with a lovely character. On the ground he is friendly, well-behaved and loves attention. Also well-behaved under saddle, willing to work and pleasant to ride. He can be a bit insecure and therefore needs a rider who can give him confidence. Ochello is suitable for a confident rider who can guide him calmly, yet consistently, to develop further.

Although Ochello is bred and produced as a showjumper, the dressage arena seems to suit him better. He has expressive paces and a lot of potential.

In dressage, Ochello has competed at L1 level. At home he is trained at M level and can perform flying changes, among other things, which are still a bit green. Due to the current rider's preference for showjumping, he has not been competed further in dressage. With the right guidance he can go far in this.

In showjumping, Ochello has jumped 1.00 m at competitions and completed practice courses at 1.10 m level. He finds showjumping quite exciting and can therefore become a bit reluctant. Showjumping is currently taking a backseat.

He is well-behaved with the farrier, dentist, out hacking and away from home.

As a 3-year-old he passed his vetting with x-rays. Inspection is of course possible, at the buyer's expense.

His vaccinations are up to date and he has recently been to the dentist.
