For sale: Imal – sweet and reliable 13-year-old Welsh gelding (± 1.54m)

Imal is a gorgeous, sweet pony who thoroughly enjoys attention and loves to work for his humans. He is a pony with a wonderful temperament and a heart of gold.

Under saddle, Imal needs a rider who provides clear and calm leadership. When given that trust and clarity, he is a pleasure to ride and happily tries his best. He is well-behaved on the ground and under saddle: he does not bolt, buck or rear. If he finds something intimidating, he prefers to pause briefly to take it in.

On the flat, Imal is well put together. He has a solid foundation and enjoys going to work. He is also certainly capable of showjumping, but we have purposely not done much of this. Imal is a bit unconfident in this area and needs a rider who guides him calmly and with reassurance.

What we are looking for for Imal is a rider who is not just looking for a pony to ride, but primarily wants to build a partnership. Someone who takes the time to bond with him, gives him confidence and wants to grow together with him. With the right guidance, Imal can develop increasing self-confidence and will give a lot back in return.

Imal is an honest pony for someone who enjoys teamwork and likes building a pony's confidence. He is not suitable for someone who just wants to press buttons, but rather for a rider who takes pleasure in developing together.

Imal has Welsh studbook papers and stands approximately 1.54m tall.

His complete equipment can move with him by agreement.
