Eve – Palomino stunter with a heart of gold

Eve is the darling of our paddock. She is incredibly sweet, gentle and loves to be the first to come up to you for a cuddle or a stroke. With her striking appearance and unique markings, she catches the eye, but her wonderful character makes her just as special to us.

Eve was born and raised with us. Her complete history is therefore known. In the herd she is not pushy, but she can hold her own. A gentle, social mare who knows how to keep her own place.

Pleasant and easy to handle
Eve is very well-behaved at the farrier and loads exceptionally easily. Even our four-year-old can easily lead her into the horse trailer. She also goes out for relaxing walks on her own. Cars, tractors, bicycles or a passing train: none of it phases her much.

All possibilities ahead of her
Eve is not yet backed. However, we have playfully practiced with a small saddle and our four-year-old has sometimes sat on her bareback. She accepts all of this calmly. Her further training still lies ahead of her, allowing someone to train her completely to their own liking with appropriate guidance.

We see potential for a sporting future, but also as a lovely leisure horse for someone who likes to fuss over, hack out and have fun with their horse. Eve has her whole life ahead of her and deserves someone who will work with her with attention and pleasure.

Also interesting for breeding
Eve combines her special appearance with an appealing pedigree. Sire Cassanova du Bois was overall champion Welsh Part-Bred at the NWPCS stallion licensing, competed at Z1-dressage and produced multiple inspection champions. Dam's sire Le Matsjo competed at Z2-dressuur and Z-springen and held the predicates keur, preferent, prestatie-sport and prestatie-fok.

This background also makes her interesting for someone with breeding plans. Eve has not had a foal herself yet.

Known history
Eve has never had any health issues. However, in 2025 she was bitten in her hindquarters during a wolf attack. She has been left with a scar from this, which in our experience causes her no hindrance. We are of course happy to tell you more about this during a meeting.

Why we are looking for a new home
We want to downsize our herd so that we can give every horse enough love and attention. Due to my health, I unfortunately cannot back and train Eve myself. We therefore wish her a suitable home where she gets the attention she deserves and the opportunity to develop further.
