Asterhof's Tico Tico is a super nice 3-year-old D-pony gelding and was officially measured at 1.45m this year. So he will be a nicely sized D-pony, but will certainly stay within the height limit.
Tico has been under the saddle for a few months now and shows a lot of quality in it. He is very nice to ride, easily goes on the contact and has three good paces. In addition, he already makes a nice little jump and a beginning flying change. Tico has a great work ethic and is very well-behaved, both with a more and less experienced rider.
Furthermore, he has already been out on hacks and to away venues, both alone and in a group, and is very easy-going in this. He also has a sweet character in the stable and has no stable vices.
Tico comes from a good line. His pedigree is Havehoeve's Igo x Sulaatiks Vingino. Out of his dam comes the approved stallion Asterhof's Go for Gold. His dam herself is the full sister of the approved stallion Asterhof's Magic Gold. This latter stallion was even declared ster with the highest points ever at the New Forest Stallion Grading and designated for the performance test. Both stallions are also known for their good character.
In short: a promising sport pony for the future, which you can take straight to competitions early next year!
