More about Grace

Just how special her character is can perhaps best be seen in the videos! Even when large, brightly colored, soft flexpoles are placed over her and she is simply ridden around afterwards, Lady Gracy remains completely relaxed. While many ponies might be startled by this, Lady Gracy acts as if it is the most normal thing in the world. A wonderful example of her level-headed disposition, immense patience, and the trust she has in her surroundings!

This beautiful mare was bred by her current owners themselves, and is a true sweetheart to handle. She thoroughly enjoys attention and cuddles, is calm and friendly in the stable, and loves building a bond with the people around her. Under saddle, Grace shows a nice, forward-going attitude. She has sufficient energy, is eager to work, and is a pleasure to work with for her rider.

A versatile pony with nice competition experience

During her training, Grace spent a period participating in her owners' riding school. There she was ridden by both intermediate and advanced riders, gaining experience with different people in the saddle. Afterwards, she formed a great partnership with one of the stable's competition riders. Together they are now jumping 80 cm courses.

Grace has also completed her first competitions. In doing so, she has shown that she behaves well away from home and handles the new impressions that come with a competition very well. She shows nice aptitude for showjumping and has a willing work ethic. With further training and competition experience, there are certainly opportunities to develop her further in sport.

Home-bred and successful at the studbook inspection
Grace was bred and raised by her current owners themselves. They have known her since birth and are particularly proud of the pony she has become. In 2025, Grace achieved first place during the inspection of the Connemara studbook. A wonderful result and a great recognition for this appealing mare.

Her training also went smoothly. Grace was easy to back and proved a pleasure to ride for various riders from the very beginning. Her eagerness to learn, willingness to work, and pleasant character make her a delightful pony to work with every day.

A true sweetheart in daily handling
Even outside of riding, Grace is an incredibly lovely pony. She is well-behaved during grooming and care. According to her owners, even their eight-year-old son can groom her without any problems. In addition, she loads easily onto both a horse lorry and a horse trailer. She gets along well with other horses, is social in the herd, and easily finds her place there.
